Hosannahs Interior Architecture Services ("Hosannahs") provides bespoke professional architectural technology services. Because our work is tailored to each individual client and project, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services — where time, expertise, and resources are committed from the point of engagement.

We are committed to delivering a high standard of service and to resolving any concerns fairly and transparently.

2. Deposits and Retainers Fees

 

Where a deposit or retainer fee is required to commence work, this payment secures your project slot and covers the initial design, assessment, and preparation work undertaken by Hosannahs. As such:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless Hosannahs is unable to fulfil the agreed service.

• If a project has not yet commenced and you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will consider a refund of the deposit on a case-by-case basis depending on any preparatory work already undertaken.

3. Cancellation During Project

 

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced:

• You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the agreed fee.

• Any costs already incurred on your behalf (including third-party consultant fees, submission fees, or disbursements) are non-refundable.

• If payments made exceed the value of work completed, Hosannahs will refund the difference within 14 working days of the final account being agreed.

4. Dissatisfied with our Services

 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we ask that you contact us promptly at info@hosannahs.com so that we can work to resolve the matter. We take all feedback seriously and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Where a service has been delivered as agreed in the Letter of Engagement but the client's circumstances or preferences change, a refund will not ordinarily be issued. However, where Hosannahs has failed to deliver the agreed scope of services to a reasonable professional standard, we will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund or remedial work at no additional charge.

5. Planning and Regulatory Submissions

 

Hosannahs supports clients with planning applications, listed building consent, and building regulations submissions. Please be aware:

• Submission fees paid to local planning authorities or other regulatory bodies are paid on your behalf and are non-refundable by Hosannahs.

• The outcome of any planning or regulatory application is determined by the relevant authority and is outside of Hosannahs' control. A refusal of planning permission or consent does not entitle the client to a refund of professional fees, as the service provided is the preparation and submission of the application — not the guarantee of a specific outcome.

6. Disputes

 

If a dispute arises regarding fees or refunds that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Hosannahs is a CIAT Affiliate practice and abides by the professional standards set by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

7. Changes to this Policy

 

Hosannahs reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published at hosannahs.com. The policy in effect at the time of your engagement will apply to your project.​​
