Terms of Services

These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website and services. They outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours, including acceptable use, limitations of liability, and how disputes are handled.

 

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully so you understand your obligations and the conditions that apply to your use of our services.

1. Introduction 

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hosannahs website at hosannahs.com and the professional services provided by Hosannahs Interior Architecture Services ("Hosannahs", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hosannahs is a CIAT Affiliate interior architectural technology practice operating across the UK, with offices in Caerphilly and Edinburgh.

 

We handle personal data in line with legitimate business purposes, ensuring it enhances our communications and services. This includes updates on architecture, interior design, market intelligence, and industry trends via electronic and postal channels.

2. Services

 

Hosannahs provides interior architectural technology services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial design development

  • Technical drawings and documentation

  • Extension and remodelling projects

  • Change of use and conversion projects

  • Planning application support and submission

  • Listed building consent applications

  • Project coordination and contractor liaison

 

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate Letter of Engagement or Service Agreement provided to the client prior to commencement of works.

3. Engagement

 

A formal client relationship is established only upon the signing of a Letter of Engagement or written confirmation of instruction by both parties. Use of our website does not constitute a service agreement. Hosannahs reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

​

All fees will be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any work. Unless otherwise stated in your Letter of Engagement:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • Hosannahs reserves the right to suspend work on a project where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

 

All drawings, designs, documents, reports, and other materials produced by Hosannahs remain the intellectual property of Hosannahs until all fees associated with the commission have been paid in full. Upon full payment, a licence is granted to the client to use the materials for the purposes of the agreed project only. Materials may not be reproduced, modified, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from Hosannahs.

6. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project

  • Obtaining any necessary consents, permissions, or approvals not within Hosannahs' agreed scope

  • Ensuring safe and appropriate access to the property when required

  • Notifying Hosannahs promptly of any changes in project requirements or circumstances

Hosannahs accepts no liability for delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

7. Third Party Consultants and Contractors

Where Hosannahs coordinates with third-party consultants (including Structural Engineers) or contractors on a client's behalf, those parties remain independently responsible for their own work, advice, and professional obligations. Hosannahs does not accept liability for the work of third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hosannahs' liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Hosannahs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss.

Hosannahs holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. Details are available upon request.

9. Termination

​

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the Letter of Engagement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Hosannahs reserves the right to retain all documents and materials until outstanding fees are settled.
