When planning permissions are approved, we also work with you in drawing the building control drawings and submissions to the local council also.
Single Storey Extension
Here's an example of an extension done for some of our clients. The client wanted a single extension in front to accommodate a shower room; another single-story extension in the rear to provide additional living space. Also, a garage conversion was required so as to change it into an annex. Planning was approved by the local council.
