We are not here to sell clients the largest or most expensive proposal. We are here to identify the right solution—one that is thoughtful, viable and appropriate for the property and the people who will use it.
Common Questions From Property Developers & Investors
Clear answers to help you make better-informed decisions about your property or development opportunity.
That's exactly what we can help you establish. We assess the building, its existing use, planning context, layout and key constraints to understand what conversion opportunities may be available — from residential and HMO use to mixed-use and other viable alternatives.
The answer starts with understanding your building properly. Through feasibility and space planning, we can explore how your property could be configured, what may be achievable and how to make better use of the available space while considering planning and regulatory requirements.
No one can guarantee planning approval — but you can make a better-informed decision before applying. We assess relevant planning policies, the site's context, constraints and planning history where appropriate, then develop a planning and design strategy aimed at giving your proposal a robust basis for submission.
Find out what you're potentially buying before committing significant capital. A pre-acquisition feasibility assessment can help identify planning constraints, conversion opportunities and development risks that may influence whether the property is right for your strategy.
Start by understanding its highest viable potential — not simply its current use. We can explore change of use, conversion, remodelling and development options to identify ways an empty or underperforming building could be repositioned for residential, HMO, mixed-use or another appropriate use.
There may be more potential in your property than its existing layout suggests. Through feasibility, planning research and architectural design, we can explore opportunities to improve layouts, introduce new uses, increase usable space or reposition the building to create greater development value.
