Remodelling

Almost all our residential projects including conversion and extensions require remodelling of some kind to accommodate either a new entrance or to provide continuity of both new and old spaces to meet building standard requirements and/or personal needs. 

Some remodelling may fall under the permitted development certificate route while others require planning permission approval through the local council. Nonetheless, all remodelling require building regulation approval.
